Shipping

- Safety is our #1 priority, we will take a little extra time to make sure packages are safe. The total time it can take for your package to go out is 10-12 business days. *PROCESSING TIME CAN BE EXTENDED IN RARE INSTANCES*. Once shipped all shipping is expedited & once given to the carrier it is out of our control. Once marked ship you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your package. All shipping on domestic orders over $100 is free. We do ship internationally at additional costs depending on location.

*If ordering multiple items, they may come separately due to processing times*

Refunds

- All sales are final, unless there's a mistake on our end. (We triple check our items and orders so there's little to no mistakes)

Cancels & Order Modifications

- If you need to cancel for whatever reason, you have 24 hours to do so. After that, your order is being processed. If you need to make a change, you have 24 hours to do so as well.

Exchanges

- If you need a different size, want to change the color of something or even want a different item.. we will be happy to do so as long as you let us know. Once we approve the exchange (we have to check inventory first!) .. send the item back within 7 days. EXCLUDES DESIGNER ITEMS (UNLESS ITS JUST A CHANGE IN SIZE & YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT PROCESSING TIME AGAIN).

If there is a problem with your order you must contact us within 24-48 hours after receiving it.

Make sure your email and/or phone number is valid so we can reach you if there are any problems with your order.

We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If it marked delivered but you have not received it.. please contact whatever shipping carrier was used with tracking.
